SSI Diver Stress & Rescue

Course Structure

Digital Learning (MySSI App)
  • Complete the online theory modules at your own pace through the MySSI app. Learn rescue techniques, emergency protocols, and stress management fundamentals.

Optional Pool/Skill Session
  • Practice rescue skills in a controlled pool environment. Refine your techniques with instructor guidance before applying them in open water.

Open Water Training Dives
  • Apply your rescue skills in real-world scenarios during open water training dives. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response and diver assistance.

Course Details

  • Total Duration : 2-3 days including theory and dives

  • Maximum Depth : 30 meters / 100 feet

  • Key Equipment: Standard scuba gear, rescue equipment, first aid kit, oxygen kit

Pre-requisites

  • Minimum age: 15 years

  • SSI Advanced Adventurer certification (or equivalent) with a minimum of 24 logged dives

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification recommended.
