Scuba Diving – Do’s & Don’ts

  • Maintain good buoyancy control and proper body positioning underwater.

  • Breathe continuously; never hold your breath while diving.

  • Equalize early and often during descent.

  • Use hand signals and stay within visual range of your dive buddy.

  • Stay hydrated and well-rested before diving.
